Man do boys know how to push your buttons and test your abilities as a parent, yet we thank God for them each and everyday...

Oh our trip to see Reindeer and Santa...
We made it to see Santa and his reindeer the weekend before Christmas day arrived and enjoyed a Imax film Santa vs. Snowman and Full moon barbq... I would say it was the best day but my honey could'nt make it so I was a little bummed but we had great company. Uncle Michael, Aunt Brenda, Emelisa and Aalyiah, Suzanna and mom and dad and my mom made for a full crowd..LOL it was a great day of fun...By the way my mother and I were ready to throw up after the Imax...LOL
Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning!
Well we spent Christmas eve with Scott's family at his Maw maw's house and had a wonderful Paula Dean HAM!! So good and Key Lime pie yes I have gained like 15 pounds this Christmas I guess that was my present to my family because they all said I looked sick before...LOL Except now nothing fits.. The kids were great together Riley adores Emelisa and Aalyiah,Scott's brother and sister-in-law (Micheal and Brenda).. He wants a baby girl as bad as I do.... Maybe one day soon we will get her son.. The boys got army tanks, guns, sword and skateboards and trains so they were happy. I got the cutest yellow throw, it looks like a cable knit sweater. Also we enjoyed the company of our family and being stuck close together with all of them.
Christmas eve night we all stayed at our house I mean everyone it seemed, Scott's mom and dad, Aunt Jeanne and my mom and sister all crashed around two when Santa made it safely in bed. We watched a Christmas story and we ate cheese dip and treats Jeanne had prepared... Christmas morning came early around 7 am I think and the boys tore in to everything and were all excited about their new toys that Santa had brought. God Bless you all and I hope your Christmas was a blessing. Myself and Scott didn't exchange gifts we celebrated our new house and the meaning it gave us. Don't worry our parent wouldn't let us go without his parents got us PJ's and house shoes and a gorgeous rug for the den and my mom gave us money to spend on stuff we need for our new house. In the next blog I'll tell you what all we got...
Lunch with the girls...
Well our annual lunch meeting was at Chilli's this year and even though we were only a few this time it was such a blessing to spend time with friends. Can you believe it girls that we are going to celebrate this next year our ten year class reunion? I was so glad to have Angela home for a few days and get to spend lunch and take time out to talk in person.. Now I just can't wait till she comes home for good sorry just wishful thinking.. Maybe soon I can go and visit and enjoy the California coast with my best girl...Angie and her youngsters were along for the lunch and they were too cute, what a doll and a little man... we enjoyed good food and conversations with Terri, Angela's mom and enjoyed our afternoon of fun without our men...LOL girls
Riley Christmas Party @ Hayden Mrs.Tuck's Class
Well I honestly do not believe we could have been blessed more through a teacher, the comfort and love she besowed upon Riley was so wonderful. I felt at total peace everyday he was with her and now that we were able to finally celebrate together for the kid christmas party, I feel futher in love with the woman I would call my sister in christ. She has such love for each one of her students and I am in awe of her and would have loved for Riley to have been able to finish out his first year of school with her as his teacher, but unfortunately that was the one bad thing about our move. I'm sure his new teacher will be wonderful and I will grow to love and trust her with my child but I will always miss Mrs. Tuck... and so will Riley..She gave Riley the class letter from the North Pole and I cried and she begged me to stop because I was making her cry... I put a few pictures of Riley and his friends.. I think they were Timothy, Leah, Haliey and Felicity...
Brody's 4k SC Christmas Program 2008
The Christmas season has now come and gone with it a lot of activities and pictures. After our move to Cullman we prepared Brody to be a Shepard and at last minute I found out I was to supply the costume after a meltdown and a few panicked phone calls we were okay. Thanks to Lisa at church and our friend Mary we had a complete Shepard boy I think he had the best costume there, but I am a little partial.. He prepared us by singing his song over and over again to the extent his brothers learned his song and that's what he claimed it to be his song that they shouldn't be able to sing it..I guess he is finally trying to distinguish himself from his brothers and be a little individual...So here it goes Baby Jesus baby Jesus Please don't cry please don't cry, don't you know we love, don't you know we love, PLEASE DON'T CRY very loudly I might add....He participated and sang his little heart out I would display pictures of the program but we were in the very back and were not the best quality. God Bless.

We've made it......
We'll we have made the move successfully with the Lords help and with the help of family and friends...Friends who have been there through thick and thin and who have moved us over and over again...WE LOVE the new house and most important we can afford it...HELLO in this day and time that's very important and as a stay at home mom who loves being with her boys, I wouldn't stay in any house if it meant I weren't able to stay with my children. I can't imagine life without them and our heavenly father has made it possible despite are shortcomings and failures. He sure is a merciful father and very gracious I might add...Along with our blessings we have experienced a great miracle with our friends George and Kristen child, baby Jack , who was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the young age of 14 months , with successful removal and rare benign results...Isn't the Lord good... I will start blogging more now that we've made the move and things are starting to shape up...Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers and baby Jack so that he can live a long healthy life! Here is a pic of me and my friend Kristen days before she had to go through what I would say the hardest part of life watching our children and not having control over the outcomes thank God for our heavenly father and the many thoughts and prayers!
